How to scientifically maintain bio-organic fertilizer equipment

Bio-organic fertilizer equipment is the core equipment of the bio-organic fertilizer production line. When wet materials such as livestock and poultry manure and straw are processed for a long time, problems such as material accumulation, blockage, component wear, corrosion and aging are prone to occur. Scientific and standardized daily maintenance can not only ensure the stable operation of equipment and ensure the quality of organic fertilizer production, but also significantly reduce maintenance costs and effectively extend the service life of equipment, which is the key guarantee for efficient production of organic fertilizer.

Routine cleaning is the basis of equipment maintenance. Bio-organic fertilizer raw materials have high humidity and high viscosity, and can easily adhere to the inside of crushers, mixers, granulators and conveying equipment after production. After daily shutdown, the remaining materials in the equipment cavity, screen, knife arm and machine body need to be thoroughly cleaned to avoid material clumping, mildew, and the breeding of miscellaneous bacteria. This not only prevents equipment from being corroded and blocked, but also avoids contamination of bacterial raw materials for next production. At the same time, wipe the surface of the equipment and clean the dust on the fuselage to prevent dust from entering precision components such as motors and bearings and causing equipment failure.

Regular maintenance and component inspection are core links. Equipment bearings, gears, chains and other transmission components are prone to wear and tear during long-term operation. Special lubricating oil must be added regularly in strict accordance with the equipment instructions to reduce mechanical friction, operating noise and losses. Check equipment bolts, nuts and other fasteners every week, and tighten loose parts in a timely manner to avoid equipment vibration causing parts to fall off. We will focus on checking the crusher blades, granulator molds, conveyor belts and other wearing parts every month. If they are worn or aged, replace them in a timely manner to ensure production accuracy and efficiency.

Electrical systems and shutdown protection cannot be ignored. Conduct dust removal and maintenance on motors, control cabinets, circuits and sensors every month to check for aging and loosening of circuits to ensure stable operation of the equipment's electronic control system. When shutting down for a long time or changing seasons, all materials inside the equipment need to be emptied, spray anti-rust oil on exposed metal parts that are prone to rust, and seal them away from moisture and dust. In addition, the lubricating oil of the reducer should be replaced regularly, the operating temperature of the equipment should be monitored, and overload operations should be avoided.

All in all, the maintenance of bio-organic fertilizer equipment needs to adhere to the principles of "daily cleaning, regular maintenance, and scientific protection." Regular maintenance work can not only avoid production failures, ensure stable production capacity, but also reduce equipment losses, and help enterprises reduce costs, increase efficiency, and achieve long-term production.
