Many clients looking to establish organic fertilizer plants prioritize production lines that feature simple processes and moderate investment costs. Huaqiang Heavy Industry has completed the installation of a full equipment suite for a client; the core machinery—comprising a loader-fe e d ing hopper, chain crusher, drum screen er , horizontal ribbon mixer, and automatic packaging machine—forms a complete processing workflow for powdered fertilizer. The loader-fe e d ing hopper serves as the starting point of the line, capable of handling large volumes of composted manure and discharging material at a controlled, steady rate to prevent equipment jams caused by sudden, excessive intake. Material then enters the chain crusher, which uses high-speed action to break up damp, clumped organic raw materials; the design is well-suited for high-moisture composted matter and resists sticking or clogging.
