How Bulk Blended Fertilizer is Produced from Raw Materials to Finished

Product Bulk blended fertilizer, also known as BB fertilizer, is widely used in modern agricultural production due to its flexible formulation, comprehensive nutrients, and high cost-effectiveness. It requires no complex chemical reactions, relying on scientific formulation and physical mixing. A complete BB fertilizer production line process, from raw material selection to finished product warehousing, involves strict control at every stage to ensure stable fertilizer quality and efficacy.

Raw material selection and pretreatment are fundamental steps in production. High-quality granular base fertilizers are selected, with core raw materials including urea, diammonium phosphate, potassium chloride, and other nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium single-element fertilizers. Simultaneously, according to crop growth needs, micronutrients such as boron, zinc, and iron are added. All raw materials undergo rigorous inspection before warehousing, removing lumps, deteriorated materials, and materials exceeding impurity standards. Subsequently, through crushing and screening equipment, the particle size of the raw materials is uniformly controlled to 2-4 mm, and the moisture content is controlled below 1% to avoid uneven mixing and stratification during application. All qualified raw materials are stored separately in dedicated sealed, moisture-proof silos.

Precise formulation is key to ensuring balanced fertilizer nutrients. Based on soil testing data and crop nutrient requirements, technicians set scientific mixing parameters. During production, an automatic batching system, relying on high-precision electronic scales, precisely weighs all raw materials according to the set proportions, controlling the batching error within 0.1% to prevent nutrient imbalances. This precise batching process ensures that the nutrient ratio of each batch of fertilizer matches the soil's needs and is adapted to the growth patterns of different crops.

After mixing, the raw materials are fed into a BB fertilizer blender for low-speed, uniform mixing. The equipment gently mixes the materials, ensuring the full integration of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and trace elements without breaking particles or damaging the physical properties of the raw materials. After thorough mixing, the fertilizer's uniformity reaches over 95%, ensuring that each granule of fertilizer has uniform nutrient content and consistent fertilization effects in the field.

Finally, there is quality inspection and storage. Samples of the mixed product are tested for nutrient content, particle uniformity, moisture content, and other indicators. Once qualified, it becomes finished bulk mixed fertilizer. The finished product, which requires no packaging, is directly delivered to the finished product silo and can be loaded onto trucks for distribution via bulk handling equipment, saving packaging costs and making it more environmentally friendly and efficient. From single raw materials to multi-ratio finished fertilizers, the entire process is simple, efficient, and precisely empowers modern agriculture with scientific fertilization.
