BB Fertilizer Production Line Equipment Configuration and Process Flow

BB fertilizer, also known as blended fertilizer, is a multi-element compound fertilizer produced through a physical blending process. It boasts advantages such as flexible formulation, complete nutrients, and strong adaptability. Its production line eliminates the need for high-temperature granulation and drying processes. Relying on precise equipment configuration and standardized processes, it achieves efficient, low-cost, large-scale production and is widely used in agricultural input production.

A complete BB fertilizer production line features a streamlined and practical equipment configuration, comprised of five core systems. First, the raw material storage and screening system, including raw material silos and screening machines, stores urea, phosphate fertilizer, potash fertilizer, and trace elements, removing lumps and impurities to ensure uniform particle size. Second, the automatic batching system uses multi-compartment electronic metering equipment paired with a PLC intelligent control system, controlling metering errors within ±0.5%, and accurately proportioning various raw materials according to crop needs. Third, the conveying and lifting system, primarily using bucket elevators and belt conveyors, operates smoothly with no material residue, completing material transfer between processes. Fourthly, the core mixing system primarily utilizes BB fertilizer blenders, ensuring high mixing uniformity, minimal granule damage, and balanced nutrient distribution. Fifthly, the finished product packaging system comprises an automatic quantitative packaging machine and a bag-sewing machine, capable of automated filling and sealing of 20-50kg bags.

BB fertilizer production employs a purely physical mixing process, eliminating chemical reactions and resulting in a simple and efficient workflow. The overall process flow is as follows: raw material warehousing → screening and impurity removal → automatic batching → mixing → finished product packaging → warehousing. First, various granular fertilizer raw materials are fed into the silo and purified by screening equipment. Then, the system automatically and accurately weighs and batches the materials according to a preset formula, completing the material proportions. The proportioned raw materials are then conveyed by an elevator to the mixing equipment, where they are uniformly mixed for 3-5 minutes to achieve nutrient homogenization. The finished fertilizer, after reaching the mixing standard, is sent to a buffer silo, and finally, the automatic packaging equipment completes the quantitative bagging and sewing, followed by storage after inspection.

This production line features low equipment investment, low energy consumption, simple operation and maintenance, flexible and adjustable processes, and the ability to quickly switch between fertilizer products with different nutrient ratios, adapting to the fertilization needs of various crops and soils. It is the preferred production model for small and medium-sized fertilizer production enterprises.
