A BB fertilizer (blended fertilizer) production line is based on physical mixing. Leveraging its flexible formulation and precise nutrient content, it adapts to the needs of modern agriculture. Its structure revolves around a closed-loop process of "batch—mixing—packaging," with each piece of equipment working collaboratively to ensure high production efficiency and product quality. The entire system can be flexibly adjusted according to production capacity. Its core components are mainly divided into four modules.
The core of the precise batching process is the automatic batching system, which is crucial for ensuring the accuracy of BB fertilizer nutrients. This system integrates storage silos, automatic feeding devices, high-precision weighing sensors, and an electrical control system, achieving fully automated operation through PLC control. Based on soil testing results and crop requirements, staff pre-set formulas. The system can automatically store multiple formulas and quickly recall them. Raw materials in the storage silo are automatically fed to the weighing hopper in a set ratio using an automatic feeding device. Employing two-stage feeding (fast and slow) and automatic drop compensation technology, the measurement error is strictly controlled within a reasonable range of ±0.1%~0.2%, ensuring consistent nutrient content in each batch of product. This significantly reduces manual intervention, improves batching efficiency, and lays a solid foundation for subsequent mixing stages.
Uniform mixing equipment determines product quality; the mainstream choice is a BB fertilizer mixer. Raw materials are added to the mixer in a "heaviest to lightest" order and mixed at high speed for 3-10 minutes. Anti-stratification agents are added to prevent nutrient separation. After mixing, samples are tested, and only those meeting standards proceed to the next stage.
Finished product packaging equipment completes the final process, including a quantitative packaging scale, an automatic bag sewing machine, and a conveyor. The properly mixed BB fertilizer is fed into a packaging scale via an elevator, where it is automatically filled into 25kg and 50kg packages. After sealing and labeling by a sewing machine, it is conveyed to the finished product warehouse. The entire process is automated, minimizing human error.
