Process flow of producing NPK fertilizer using drum granulator

  Raw materials for preparing granular potash fertilizer by  drum granulator Powdered potassium chloride (0-0-60) or powdered potassium sulfate (0-0-50); binder, including magnesium chloride, magnesium sulfate, magnesium oxide, bitter earth powder; filler, including clay, bentonite, gypsum, etc. Production process of potassium fertilizer granules by drum granulator 1. Water and magnesium chloride (or magnesium sulfate) are added in the reactor according to the proportion, and the solution is formed by stirring and dissolving.
