What does bio-organic fertilizer equipment include?
Bio-organic fertilizer production relies on standardized production lines to ferment and decompose raw materials such as livestock and poultry manure, crop straw, and kitchen waste into high-quality ecological fertilizer. The entire set of equipment can be divided into four main categories according to the production process. Each piece of equipment works in conjunction with the others to form a complete automated production system suitable for various production scales, from small to large.
First, there is the raw material pretreatment equipment, the basic supporting equipment for production, mainly used to optimize the state of the raw materials. Core equipment includes a half-wet material crusher, a chain crusher, and a horizontal mixer. The crusher can crush clumps of manure and long strips of straw, controlling the particle size of the material within a standard range and solving the problem of uneven raw material size. The mixer mixes the raw materials with fermentation agents and auxiliary materials according to the formula, balancing the carbon-nitrogen ratio and moisture content of the material, creating uniform and stable material conditions for subsequent aerobic fermentation.
Second, there is the fermentation and decomposition equipment, the core equipment of the entire production line, which determines the quality of fertilizer decomposition. The mainstream equipment is the compost turner, which comes in two types: trough type and windrow type. Trough-type compost turners are suitable for large-scale factory production. Their track-mounted operation automatically turns, oxygenates, and dissipates heat, accelerating material maturation and shortening the fermentation cycle. Windrow compost turners are highly flexible and suitable for small to medium-sized workshops with open spaces. They effectively break up material caking, remove odors, and kill harmful bacteria and insect eggs, achieving harmless treatment. Some large production lines are also equipped with sealed fermentation tanks to further improve fermentation efficiency.
Furthermore, there are forming and processing equipment used to improve fertilizer quality and usability. These mainly include granulators, screening machines, and drying and cooling machines. Disc granulators and new type organic fertilizer granulators can turn powdered organic fertilizer into uniform granules, avoiding dust pollution and facilitating storage and transportation. Screening machines select qualified granules and remove broken material and clumps. Drying and cooling machines can regulate granule humidity and rapidly cool the granules, ensuring granule hardness and improving fertilizer stability.
Finally, there are finished product packaging equipment, mainly automatic packaging machines, supplemented by conveyor equipment. The equipment can automatically complete the integrated operation of weighing, bagging, sealing, and palletizing, accurately controlling the weight of each bag of fertilizer. The packaging is neat and well-sealed, significantly improving production efficiency and meeting the needs of commercial sales.
The complete set of bio-organic fertilizer equipment is flexible in configuration and can be combined with simple small-scale production lines or fully automated sets of equipment as needed, balancing environmental benefits and production efficiency, and promoting the resource recycling of agricultural waste.
