Precautions for Using Bulk Blending Fertilizer Production Lines
Bulk blending fertilizer production lines are core equipment in agricultural input production. Their automated and continuous operation effectively improves fertilizer production efficiency. However, the production line operates under complex conditions and handles materials with special characteristics. Standardized operation and scientific maintenance are crucial for ensuring product quality, extending equipment lifespan, and preventing safety accidents. During daily production, operators must strictly adhere to all operating procedures and control key aspects such as operation, maintenance, and safety.
A comprehensive inspection and preparation must be conducted before starting the machine. Operators must wear complete personal protective equipment; unauthorized clothing is strictly prohibited. Inspect core equipment such as storage silos, conveyors, mixers, and automatic batching systems one by one, confirming that parts are intact, screws are tight, and transmission devices are free from jamming. Simultaneously, clean debris and residual waste from inside the equipment, calibrate the electronic weighing equipment, and avoid proportioning deviations. Furthermore, check the site ventilation and dust removal equipment to ensure they are functioning properly and eliminate the risk of dust accumulation.
Strict adherence to operating procedures is required during production operations. Before feeding materials, the quality of the raw materials must be confirmed. The use of damp, clumped, impurity-laden, or deteriorated fertilizer raw materials is strictly prohibited. Different types of raw materials must be fed separately to prevent mixing and contamination. Strictly adhere to the process formula parameters; do not arbitrarily change the proportions, mixing time, conveying speed, or other data. During equipment operation, it is strictly forbidden to put hands or tools inside the equipment, and unauthorized opening of the cover or maintenance is prohibited. Simultaneously, monitor the equipment's operating status in real time; if any abnormalities are found, such as unusual noises, jamming, or material leakage, immediately stop the machine for investigation.
Daily equipment maintenance and shutdown management are crucial. After each day's production, thoroughly clean any residual fertilizer from the equipment to prevent material from becoming damp, clumping, corroding the equipment, or clogging channels. Regularly lubricate bearings, chains, and transmission parts, and check the wiring, motors, and dust removal system. Prolonged operation under overload is strictly prohibited to avoid accelerated wear and tear on parts and equipment aging. Maintain accurate equipment operation and maintenance records, and conduct regular comprehensive inspections.
Finally, safety and storage regulations must be implemented. Open flames and smoking are strictly prohibited in the production area. Sufficient fire-fighting equipment must be provided and regularly inspected. Operators must be certified and receive regular safety and operational training. Finished fertilizers must be stored properly, and the production area must be kept dry and well-ventilated, with proper moisture and dust control measures. Strict adherence to all usage guidelines is essential to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the production line, the continuous production of qualified fertilizers, and to solidify the safety and quality control measures for production.
