How Does Bio Organic Fertilizer Equipment Transform Raw Materials into Fertilizer?

From livestock manure and crop straw to kitchen waste, these seemingly useless organic wastes can be transformed into high-quality fertilizers that nourish the soil through the processing of a complete set of bio organic fertilizer equipment. The transformation process is interconnected and scientifically rigorous, relying on a professional bio organic fertilizer production line. Every step requires the precise coordination of specialized equipment.

Raw material pretreatment is the first step in the transformation process and is crucial to the subsequent fermentation effect. Various organic raw materials first enter the crushing equipment. Large materials such as straw and dead branches are crushed to a suitable particle size of 2-5 centimeters to increase the contact area of the materials; high-moisture raw materials such as livestock manure are processed through dewatering equipment to reduce the water content from 70%-80% to the optimal fermentation range of 50%-60%. At the same time, the batching equipment precisely adds biological agents and auxiliary materials such as corn flour according to a scientific carbon-to-nitrogen ratio of 25:1, providing sufficient nutrients for microbial activity and laying a solid foundation for subsequent composting.

The core fermentation stage is jointly managed by turning machines and fermentation tanks. In the open fermentation tank, the trough-type turning machine regularly turns the materials every day, allowing the pile to be fully ventilated. Aerobic microorganisms then multiply in large numbers, releasing high temperatures of 55℃-65℃ through the decomposition of organic matter. This not only thoroughly kills pathogens, insect eggs, and weed seeds in the raw materials but also breaks down large-molecule organic matter such as proteins and cellulose into small-molecule nutrients that are easily absorbed by crops. The closed fermentation tank can precisely control temperature, humidity, and oxygen concentration through an intelligent system, compressing the natural composting cycle of several months to 7-15 days, greatly improving transformation efficiency.

The semi-finished product after fermentation still needs further processing. The screening machine removes incompletely composted impurities to ensure fertilizer purity; the granulator forms the loose material into uniform granules, which facilitates transportation and storage and extends the fertilizer effect; then the dryer and cooler stabilize the fertilizer's water content at around 15%, and finally, the packaging machine completes the packaging of the finished product. Throughout the entire process, the bio-organic fertilizer equipment achieves the harmless treatment and resource utilization of organic waste, solving the problem of environmental pollution while producing high-quality fertilizers that improve soil quality, thus becoming a crucial link in the green and circular development of agriculture.
