If the moisture content is too high, straw, sawdust, mushroom residue, dry soil powder, etc. can be added. The entire fermentation cycle usually takes 10-15 days to complete the complete deodorization, fermentation and maturation, insecticidal and sterilization of the materials.
Mix well and ventilate. The production of organic fertilizer from pig manure fermentation requires aerobic fermentation. Therefore, during the operation process, oxygen supply measures should be increased to achieve uniform mixing, frequent flipping (it is recommended to use an organic fertilizer flipping machine), and ventilation. Otherwise, it will lead to anaerobic fermentation and produce a foul odor, affecting the fertilizer effect.
