The ring die granulator,flat die granulator and roller press granulator are used in extrusion granulation.During the granulation process,the ring die granulator machine and template are severely worn,with short service life,high maintenance of fertilizer granulator machine price and large power consumption. 



Moreove,the extruded particles are cylindrical or flat die granulator machine,with poor fluidity,so they are not suitable for mechanized fertilization.The pelletilizer and drum granulator are used for pelletilizing.They are used to crush the dried organic raw materials and chemical fertilizer into fine powder,and then use the disc granulator or rotary drum granulator to roll the materials into granules.
